I really don't know what to say about Electronica's buzz but from the few tracks I heard from him a while back he has talent & potential. The thing that bothers me about these new artists is that when they do develop a buzz they fail to capitalize on it and when they finally drop an album there is little to no interest in their music or some fans just forget about the artist after so long.
