Ja Rule of the South is not a good comparison by the way.

Co-sign

Ja Rule actually had a career Flip had a hit.

LOL Flip had way more than just one hit, I actually think "Sunshine" was a bigger hit than this. And if you wanna count hits he was featured on he had "Ridin' Spinners", "Like A Pimp", "Turn It Up", and "Tear It Up"

But you said he only had one hit which is what I was referring to.

Im reading these responses about all these other rappers not liking Flip, but I'm not seeing one solid reason why, other than hate. Seems like something missing from the story. .

Utter trash

Z-to didn't even like flip. He called em a bitch nigga

This is false, Z-Ro and Flip just did an interview together with Sway...they've always been good

They did have a little falling out at one point though. Ro admitted in a interview they basically used each other. Flip used Ro for the street cred and Ro used Flip to reach a wider audience.

It's sad how Houston and the whole south for that matter turned their backs on Flip. Smh

Flip got on and shitted on the rest of the city. Then he was beefing with slim thug too.

The shit face did was hoeish though

What did Scarface do?

Flip called Scarface the real king of the south during his beef with tip. Then tip calls Face and Face throughly shits on Flip for no rhyme or reason after Flip gave him all the props in the world.

And after he tried to sign him to Def Jam South while he was the President

And Face tried to say Flip wasn't from Cloverworld or whatever they neighborhood is called.
