Does anyone use stones and crystals for meditation and stress relief?

Whatever it takes to get you in a zone where you can meditate is helpful... If you are not the type of person who believes in the intention of the stones, there is a good chance it wont do you any good because you'll be so busy disbelieving something you'll miss out on the benefits you were seeking.

Also on the flip side, if a person is relying on a stone to make them feel a certain way, they need to gain control of their lives and find their own balance within.

These markers and incense should serve as reminders and short cuts to get you back to a certain place where you were at peace, not as actual vehicles to transfer you.

Its only as real as you believe it to be.
 
I tried meditation for awhile but truthfully its tough until u become consistent with it. My mind wanders to much and meditating is all about staying in the very moment youre existing in, not a second earlier or later. I dont know anything about crystals and stones though. Yoga is good though. Great for stress relief.
 
I mediate every morning, especially before work. Helps kill any stress I may have. I have an app called simply being on my iphone. It basically plays soft music and has some chick guide you through it. At first I was like this shit wack, but when I didn't do I was stressed through the day. Also the app lets you go from 5 mins up to 45 mins I believe.

It's GOAT just start at 5 mins and work your way up. 10-15 is all you really need, but sometimes if you are really stressed you can do more

Meditation has helped me a lot, need to start doing it again and it has science to back it up. Rocks and crystals though? GTFOHEREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
