So it is the combined psychic energy of a group of like-thinking individuals?

It's interesting to me, and I think the shared symbolism, beliefs, loves and hatreds of groups sharing certain ideologies do have have a power. I don't think it's a psychic or spiritual power and more the power of imagery and the attractiveness of world-explaining worldviews.
