Ummm... Christianity does not teach anything like Karma.

Karma is based on the whole premise of reincarnation, but western cultures have twisted it into something its not.

christianity teaches reincarnation with the help of God

stop it ur losing

every religion is basically the exact same teaching just a differnet story

Christianity does not teach reincarnation at all.... Please, explain the scripture that hints to reincarnation.

To a Christian, the idea of reincarnation is proposterous.

Also, please explain you little kids get cancer...

Christianity does not teach Reincarnation....but karma is definitely taught, its just not called karma

so why do they call it Karma... who made that bitch up?

So cats can't believe Karma

But can believe Sir Issac Newton's third law?

Some people call it karma, some call it justice, and some call it "just due"

In a world of balances and checks

We completely disregard the possibility of karma?
Once you start changing the words, you start referring to something different.

"Karma" originally refers to:
The force generated by a person's actions held in Hinduism and Buddhism to perpetuate transmigration and in its ethical consequences to determine the nature of the person's next existence
Karma (Sanskrit: कर्म IPA: [ˈkərmə] ( listen);[1] Pali: kamma) in Indian religions is the concept of "action" or "deed", understood as that which causes the entire cycle of cause and effect (i.e., the cycle called saṃsāra) originating in ancient India and treated in the Hindu, Jain, Buddhist and Sikh religions.[2]

Newton's third law is objectively verifiable/testable/provable. The same is not true for the Indian reincarnation-based religious mythological concept of "karma". Because it's bullshit.

@Will Money....I could give u a saying from the bible but all you'd do is denounce that so let's just leave it at that

lol

the people arguing for and against the existence of "karma" have no ideal what it means or how it's properly "applied"

so karma is bullshit because good people can have bad shit happen to them, and bad people can have good shit happen to them...

no you are essentially spilling everything together. That's one thing about ignorance...it blinds

You get out what you put in. When good people have bad things happen to them, that has nothing to do with karma. That has everything to do with an evil presence in this world that looks to inflict damage to the good ones. Again, that is completely separate from Karma and another subject. Karma does not define itself by what you just said.

And yes christianity teaches about karma...in the bible it says "you reap what you sow"

That's simple karma

Listen, if you going to talk about what's in the bible, at least get your information correct. Most people who comment on the bible never even read the book.

You'd have a better argument with the belief that we all die/have cancer/disease etc because Adam and Eve sinned and we inherited that, so in a sense that's "karma".

It's still bullshit though.

shit like that is Karma... but these niggas are saying that's bullshit because

that can happen to anyone, just because bad shit/good shit happens to everybody...

If you never shot or stole anything in your life but got shot off your bike and the nigga rode off with yo shit too is that karma?

And EVEN if something fucked up happens to that murderer/thief, why did something that fucked up have to happen to you if you never did anything that fucked up?

But like I said I aint mad at those who believe in karma if its makes them a "better man" or at least act like one

Nah, that's simply "shooting someone and getting shot a week later" or "stealing a CD and getting your bike stolen a month later".

Plenty of people get shot or get their bikes stolen without shooting others or stealing CD's from others to begin with.

Shit happens.

What about the people who rape lil kids and never get caught? Guess god likes that and doesn't fucking juke em. Or someone who beats their kids and never gets their ass beat? Good karma there. Or someone who does as much good as they can think to do, get fucked right over, awesome karma. If you're gonna promote karma, why is the shit so willy nilly no rhyme or reason?

It's life. There's no karma, it's coincidence. Shootings are not uncommon, they happen everyday of every second in any neighborhood. If you shoot someone and murder them, it's more likely because you live in a high area of crime so when you get shot it's only because of the area you live in.

What about people who do bad things and nothing bad happens? Is karma skipping people?

No it isn't that simple. Life is complex...it only makes sense that the true teachings match that intensity.

If I wronged you-if I raped your mother...you would quickly be looking for karma to come to your aid. But if you believe in no karma, then you should just heal your mother and not worry about what happens to me. You couldn't do anything anyway, karma is nonexistent.

Now I can't give you the exact references in the bible off the brain (n too tipsy to Google)...but the first is something like children die young because theeir purpose on earth was fulfilled already at their age, rather it was to touch someone to show them to appreciate life, Or for people to appreciate small blessings n the worst of times. Kinda like 9/11 people ask where was God, how could God let this happen, God was there all along, in the men n women who died tryin to help others.
