They both bloods right? LOLOLOL

Quik always aggy for some reason or another though with other artistes... was his name on the production credits for the song?

Actually both part of the same Set, TreeTop Pirus.

They from 2 different eras though and money's involved soooo....

hmm, I'm curious what fully encompasses him "engineering" the track. did he just record yg rapping or did he mix it as well? If it's just recording there's always the chance they re-recorded it with someone else and thus why he didn't get credited.

not crediting someone for their work is shitty as fuck tho

He want credit for engineering. Really nigga?

That's like the lighting guy wanting credit for the Hateful 8.

No it isn't.

I would want credit for everything I do, especially if everybody eating.

If you're going to give some corny white motherfucker credit for the records he engineered, you damn sho gone give me mine.

You know they credit all the people who mix, master, record, etc. on songs right? it's not just the producer that gets credited

The point is no one gives a fuck about the engineering of a record. Unless you have really good speakers or a trained ear most people don't give a fuck about engineering.

people def "give a fuck"

Particularly the people that use sound engineers to record. So if a hot track is engineered by someone, it serves as a resume. Just like there are good rappers, producers, etc... There are good engineers, and yes even good lighting people on movies.

The whole credit system was created to give respect to ALL THE PEOPLE that go into making something, not just the "famous" positions.

You too blinded to realize all the engineers and other people involved in making the music you listen to. They all should get credit and pay. Whether you give a fuck or not.

Edited to add: and i know you going to harp on lighting for movies not being important... But it is. think about the way spike Lee has all those bright colors in his shit, and compare that to the lighting in an episode of law and order, those are more muted and set a different tone, or the lighting on 2 broke girls is different from the lighting in the wire.

So now if you making a movie and you what lighting like spike lee had, wouldn't you want to know who did it? Or are you so stupid you think the only ppl that matter is director and actor?

Gtfoh
