Actually, the original Japanese versions are. In the originals the Rangers kill the enemies and the boss for that episode. Also, the reason why they're always new Power Rangers every year is because just like with the original version of Sailor Moon, at the end of a Power Rangers season, damn near all of the Power Rangers die. Another Power Rangers tidbit is in Japan the Yellow Ranger is a dude.
