Nobody wants attention brought to the capital of blood diamonds bro. I've been following the story and the shit is tragic. Africa in general makes my heart hurt when I think about it. Brings too much to the surface. The way Africa has been treated makes a mf angry

Damn a mud slide?

RIP to the ones that passed away.

I agree Africa don't get no attention at all.

There was just a slaughter in Nigeria. How many of your fb friends changed their profile to the Nigerian flag?

yep. the amount of news going on in other countries and they get ZERO coverage on msnbc or cnn is fuckin disgusting.

We should built our own media. Why do we always have to rely on white people to do our own work

R.I.P.

Apparently, this kind of thing isn't all too uncommon, and in other countries as well. Bangladesh had its worst mudslide in its history two months ago.

I wish everyone the best. And I hope they find ways to better avoid these kinds of tragedies.

You know nobody's heard about it, not enough white people were in danger. Damn, shame I heard about this on Facebook and then here before I saw it on the news.

I saw it first on Wikipedia's home page. They can be good at listing major news from all over the world, even though they also list things like the winner of the Super Bowl, but meh.

Over 400 people are confirmed dead in a mudslide on Aug. 14th. About 600 are still missing.

If this happened in Europe, it would be all over the news.

It was definitely on the news in Europe

Africa is not a country , niggaz are doing their thing out there regardless of different circumstances and country.

Also this story has been widely reported , just because Donald Trump dominates TV right now doesn't mean other stories aren't being reported.
