I'm really trying to figure this out. These guys were hyped up before coming to the main roster then they get there and it looks like the company punished them

Only thing I can think of is when they trashed those older tag teams on the mic, maybe that was unscripted

Na they just had a huge, long ass push in NXT but most of their work was squash matches. They did have a better gimmick but they were called up as Road Warrior knock-offs who lost to everyone, were made to look like clowns, and disrespected all the vets right out the gate. Dead on arrival.
