They used to play this shit on video Music box.. And he did some stuff with Original Flavor.. A couple of dudes from my neighborhood.. My favorite rappers were Jay-Z, Biggie, and Big L.. Im a little older though.. Vol 2 was momumental to me when it came out.. I remember going to Union Square to get my copy signed the day it came out.. I was in H.S. Those were the days.. The new Jay.. I dont care for 2 much.. Its like he can do no wrong.. I respect him.. But his raps arent as potent as they used to be when he was a sort of a new jack..
I remember having heated arguments in the cafeteria about Jay being the next best to be Biggie...
