You're going to tell me what my point pertained to? LOL. how ironic.

yeah... kind of one of the characteristics that makes you black.

wow lmao.........aight Imma put u on Game, I guess Knowlegde really is the only way to combat ignorance..........Black Folk come in all shades of Color and Texture of hair..........Yes Alot of Black folk have the "Nappy" hair, but dependin on where there from and what they r mixed with, they can Also have stringy hair.....Case in point, Trinidadians have that Stringy hair cuz of that Large Indian Presence that the Island has.........U see this with Black Folk in other parts of the West Indies and the Other Spainsh Speakin COuntries that has Black Folk

These thread nerve because if someone shows a picture of a "afro latino" and you say they are black which they are obvisouly, people be like 'oh they not black they dominican" Hispanics from the carribean are mixed with Spaniard and sometimes other parts of europe, African and Tiano. Some are mixed with all 3, some not, but IMO they are all pretty much mixed up because of all the racial mixing and people hooking up with different people for hundreds of years. If someone is black in America and they get called that they accept it. The black person doesn't say...."oh i'm not black o'm american" Man, but for real hispanics, latinos whatever you want to call them are more confused the mulattos.

I consider myself african period. My mother was Afro Cuban, my african roots outweigh everything else. I agree with KingBlaze, most Haitians define themselves as black, however there are Haitians that for some reason deny their heritage and look down on speaking Kreyol and favor the French dialect over it.

As for Louisiana Creoles, they are somewhat different from Haitian Kreyol. Their dialect is a result of African American slaves, and French Colonial slaveowners..

Done want to be brief because there is alot more to it, but i gotta get out of here, Im headed to Naples with the family. I may post more when i get back in.

thanks for the answer & I wish u the best in Italy sir.

1. Many of the Tainos died, not all.. I also mentioned Africans ventured here way before the Spaniards even started their fun...

2. Na, people of today care less about their background then ever before, thats what my whole point was... Ask em who Rafael Molinas is and get nothing but ??????...

but then call a Dominican a Haitian and you'll see.

3. Nope

i would feel disrespected if someone called me an haitian.

when did dominicans that are actually "negro" deny they were "negro"

here's a Dominican Rapper Vakero with his song Negra Linda ....beautiful black lady
