Think imma cop. Picked up Destiny last year with most of the DLC attached, don't want to have to cop them separately just to get a complete game.

I loved D1 and I'm liking D2. The campaign was pretty good, imo. But like @"The Recipe" said, the game really starts at level 20 after the campaign. I'm on the grind right now, like everyone else. My light is in the 250's right now.

Getting used to the pvp more than anything else. It's a lot more team oriented than before. You go off on your own and you're almost guaranteed to get team shot.

I started a clan too, so if anyone wants to join me my PSN ID is Water_Gates, and the clan is Bruce Lee's Bodyguards. Even if you're a solo player, as long as you're a part of a clan, you get loot for completing activities.

Make sure yall get in a clan, I just got a clan reward from Hawthorne that included an exotic and a legendary and the legendary was about 13 power levels higher than my level.

I'm at 280 power and I still haven't gotten a good exotic weapon, aside from the quest ones. I keep getting duplicates of Graviton, Coldheart and Riskrunner. Smh. Fuckin RNGesus is screwin wit me.

I will say this, I didn't really like the first game because it was kinda boring, if you're main complaint about the first game was that there was nothing to do, they completely fixed that problem with this one. There is always something to do.

If you spectate the exotic engram the inventory changes every few minutes decrypt the engram when something you want is in the inventory, hopefully that helps, also farm those heroic public events for more exotic engrams, pick up that Merciless (Yellow Bar Melter) from Xur on Nessus he is up a tree. Then you have the exotic quest for the mida, and a few other weapons. I've been doing alright had a few dupes also though.

Make sure y'all ain't sitting on 99,999 glimmer and y'all buying blue mods so when you hit 280 y'all can trade them in for legendary +5 mods and level up 5 levels instantly.

Also if you have enough legendary shards grab the exotics for other classes that Xur has so once you make those characters you have 270 gear, which is really 265 with the plus 5 mod level gear to infuse once you get to level 20 and start getting legendary gear.

How to level up alternative characters


I actually did this earlier today and was contemplating posting it, then I saw this video.. Also save some lower level exotics and legionaries to use on your alt character so when they hit about level 15 give or take you can grind out those Heroic Public events with no sweat. (It only takes about 2 heroic events to go up a level and there are also chances to get exotics) Then hit level 20 throw your guns on and the armor from xur and you can ease through the rest of the campaign.

Keep in mind his weapons are like 300 my weapons are between 280-285 and I got up to 274 using this strat.

edit dont be like me and forget to add the plus 5 mods if you have them on deck from your main you can equip them on your alt before 280 im at 279 now and my main is only like 283.

Aye i just saw at the store that if u buy a certain flavor of pop tarts they give you a free xp level in destiny 2
