Desiigner Arrested in New York City for Drugs, Intent to Sell and Loaded Gun

After 9/11 New York Cleaned up it's act. Matter fact in the late 90s they were cleaning shit up. But the towers falling really expidited the change in the city as far as cleanliness in Manhattan and safety across all the boroughs. The one downside of this new safety was the fact you seriously get clapped for carrying a large soda in NYC. No seriously they banned the sale of those 2 liter sodas at one point (since overturned).

Desiigner received some good news before facing a judge.

The rapper will have some of the charges against him dropped, after initially being arrested on Thursday night on gun and drug charges by the Lincoln Tunnel in NYC.

According to TMZ:

Law enforcement tells TMZ, they cased the SUV in which the "Panda" rapper was a passenger, but found no gun. The arrest for felony possession of a loaded gun was based on what the driver of another car told cops, but the D.A. clearly felt that wasn't enough.

The D.A. has also dropped the charge of felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell.

He is due to be arragned in court today where he will officially learn his charges. He is currently being charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and menacing.
