If a poster has to be banned for unsolicited content, ban them, then INDIVIDUALLY delete the offending posts...

The "Ban All Content" is generally for usage against spammers...or permanently banned posters such as JG and Ducky...and since no one but admin should be dealing with those kinda accounts anyway, u get the idea.
