Had to start over from scratch, wasn't paying attention one late night and deleted my game data.

Luckily I already beat the game and got all those trophies.

Didn't know holding down R2 twice execute a follow up attack

This dweeb serious? Lol

As for hollowing think it scales with luck builds, haven't really looked into it but might work well with bleed or other status altering weapons.

What's everyone's builds/stats so far? I'm out for the day but I'll post up tomorrow.

My Hallowing was high due to the 5 dark sigils, I look like a monster and I don't have a shadow lol...

As for what it does, I am not 100% sure, I know the dark sigils limit how many phatoms you can summon but I only invade lol...

Found this on some dark souls 3 wiki...

"The game keeps track of hollowing level, and it determines when Yoel will offer you a free level. Weapons and shields with the Hollow infusion will boost your Luck stat when you have 15 or more hollowing."

Build...

Vig 20

End 20

Vit 18

Str 32

Dex 20

Int 10

Fth 10

Lck 7

Only boss to give me problems so far was the Pontiff...

I have killed all bosses (optional & mini) solo...

Eh, I see these games and think of how Devil May Cry was wasted.

How sway?

DS reminds me of the original DMC and it's Dante Must Die Mode. DS just had the innovation to do more with that type of gameplay. Something DMC could of learned from instead rebooting the series into... whatever that past game was . DS is exactly the kind of direction DMC should of took, but just kept DMCs combat.

I liked the DMC reboot (don't bash me too hard) but I kind of see your point, although these two games play nothing similar to each other IMO.

Dark Souls is what Castlevania should have been when it went 3D.

I never understood the Souls/Castlevania comparison. I mean they both have the gothic horror type feel, but that's where it ends. The Souls game have no platforming elements. That's at least half of the gameplay in Castelvania games.

The High Lord boss was funny.

It took me three times beat him. First time, he flooded the screen with that gas, and killed me damn near instantly. The second time he summoned like 20 skeletons and I got swarmed. The third time, I just went straight after the bracelets because they seemed like good targets and beat him easily. He's one of those bosses where he's damn near impossible if you don't know the trick, but easy as hell when you do.

High lord is still a homo boss if you have some wack dex weapons. Nigga gonna push you against the wall and rape you. My sellsswords made quick work of him tho
