Hard to give a rating, all down to play style.

If you plan on soloing the game it's gunna be a hell of a lot harder than co-op runs.

But then theres areas that are simple to run through and others that can be a pain in the ass.

I'd say this is more beginner friendly than others and has better co-op than previous games thus making it an overall easier game (That doesn't mean it's easy though).

The difficulty of these games really depends on the person playing. It's only a 10 if you restrict yourself for a lot of stuff from the get go, but I'd say it's never any easier than a 5.
