They deserve respect? Gtfoh. They're in the same exact boat bruh, especially Charlemagne. All of them make money at the expense of other ppl's embarrassments. But when someone's putting them on blast niggaz got sympathy? Charlemagne's donkey of the day is a prime example. Do I agree with everything Dame said? No. But if Dame wanna spaz on the breakfast club members then I see no problem with it. It's entertainment, but this time at their expense instead somebody else's. Fair game.

The thing is THEY understand this, except Envy sensitive azz. Charlemagne didn't even try to catch feelings because he knows the more Dame goes off on them, the better ratings, win win. If Dame had got up and slapped Envy nobody would've stopped it because it would've had everyone tuning in the breakfast club. Let Dame cook

im off this fam, but if you are in a setting having a conversation, you now have the opportunity for discussion/debate. Dame didnt want any of that. How many times did he cut people off just to ask his question or to make them see his POV. THen he shits on Envy (who i dont really care for anyway tbh) and questioning his business acumen b/c in his eyes, if you cant hire your son or get him a job there, you're not a boss.

Envy handled it the right way by not getting ignorant with him, but at the end of the day, had charlamagne did to him what he did to Master P (the question about Mercedes) then i wouldnt have had no issue with Dame going off on him, but that wasnt the case. How you knowingly go into an interview and get mad when people ask you questions?

I lol's when he called CTG "chatty Patty" but still, Dame only wants people to see things through his pov without appreciating the pov of others. Point blank period.

The thing Dame has to realize is that he is being asked these questions b/c EVERYBODY is blaming him for their setbacks. No one is coming at Jay. They might clown Jay on some music stuff, but aint none of them saying Jay owe them money.

Has Dame every explained HOW you do this? All this clowning folks for having a boss but he don't go into detail about HOW YOU START A BUSINESS! I mean that's part of the problem in the black community, people with the haves love to clown the have nots whether they have a boss or not, but folks hate to explain how they made it. I mean I don't see none of Dame's shit in stores down here. NONE! I mean explain how you do this. Hundreds of folks be reaching out to this dude online but he never hits them back. Dude is an idiot.

well he kinda mentioned that his son would buy 3 shirts, drive up the cost, and flip those to buy more shirts as an example, but his son, in that example, didnt create anything from scratch which has been everyone else's point here that Dame is a great salesman, but lets not act like he's done so much stuff from the ground up.

Example of how small yall think and miss the point

He's not talking about money, he asked him why don't he work for his self

You equate that to Dame saying he should have more money

I don't agree with everything Dame say but I respect his viewpoint and a lot of the shit he say is real

How can you dispute him calling out a white executive being the head of black music

How can you dispute him asking these other guys why they not trying to empower themselves

Dude needs to be more humble with his presentation is what I would say..I think a thread about him was made where he was talking about Warren Buffet or Bill Gates while he was getting his head cut or something and he was shitting on them about they not balling in the club or having fun in their lives or what they wasn't doing that he would be doing if he had their money.. and dude has to understand that everybody doesn't have to do what YOU want them to do..and that's the shit I had to come to terms with as well when wanting to help ppl and get them in and on a better platform so bad, you lose sight in your personality and you come off as an asshole..(don't mean no harm by it) but you get this focus on this whole Big me and Lil you thing and that's how he came off talking to Envy...if Envy feel he wants to do and go down that path that he's on now, then let him do him and just offer your opinion about what could be if he went left with you..if he don't see your pov..fall back and continue to support dude...you just can't put a dude down cuz he's working.....especially another black man cuz he's making an honest living..dude could be out here robbin mothers...it's ways to put your presentation out to ppl that you wanna help or you think could do better, but to just down right shit on emm and others..that's where dude needs to work on...he has to understand everything aint for everybody and you can't move a person if they don't wanna be move..but he had some good points..

I would say to start anything..you have to have points/small goals and knowledge to start..fuck money..it's not always about having money first to get started..you need to understand shit that you're jumping into..being 2 steps ahead of your current state that you're in..shit like that..fuck the money...understand ways of getting money..ppl would be surprise how you can access money without even having money..legally..but it's wayz to do anything that you wanna do..

I'm not. I'm just pointing out how dude went back on his word multiple times in one interview

in regards to being his own boss he said he puts up his own money. then later in the interview he said he doesn't put up his own money. which is it?

he said men don't gossip. then went into some shit he heard drake said in regards to batteling mook.

dame's pride won't allow him to be wrong. because of this he says shit in interviews that completely contradicts what he said earlier in the same interview

there's nothing wrong with being your own boss. it's commendable. yet having a boss doesn't make you a slave. it doesn't make that boss your "daddy". he wasn't empowering envy. he was belittling him

nothing wrong with his message. his presentation was the issue

Bruh those are not contradictions...now you're making things up

He never said he didn't put his own money up...he kept telling you he does

How is it gossip when the man who it involves is sitting right next to him telling him the story

His presentation is wrong but not based on what you say, it's his confrontational approach that comes off bad

Dame has been on/off his clown shit for years now and it's sad in a way to see because he really is the definition of being your own worst enemy. He's smart as fuck but after all this time he still doesn't understand the art of code switching....and that's some sell out shit it's simply knowing how to speak to whatever audience is in front of you. Everytime Dame zaps out all I flash back to is that scene from Backstage w/ him arguing with Kevin Liles and thinking "there's no way he's going to last doing business like this with everybody"...flash forward and years later all you hear about is people who got tired of dealing with Dame and his how he would act and talk to people. At some point he needed to mature and he simply never did that. Nigga is in his 40's still talking about "pause"...he needs to grow the fuck up.

I wouldn't be surprised if Envy had more money than Dame at this point.

Man I still gotta check this interview out tho dayum. I see it poppin up on other blogs, Dame must have really set something off.

who gives a fuck? this some groupie shit to type... shit extra sassy.

This nigga Dame kept saying "Men shouldn't talk about other men" yet spent the whole interview talking about what men do and don't do...he seems insecure about something

Clorox the broad and DJ creme belt got body bagged in this interview..

Even with all his flaws and aggressive delivery dame hit them niggas with hard truths..

They need to get some heart and try to unify and do something great..however envy seems like more of a "worker" type dude than a true boss..some people are foot soldiers by nature..everybody isnt designed to be a general
