Look man, at certain times in some peoples lives. Things can happen that holds them at a certain mindframe. Physically they may seem of a certain age, but mentally they are elsewhere. They still do what they have to, as far as functioning in a adult world.

With women especially, once knowing the power of the female form. Detach themselves from it being them. And see it more as a thing, a toy, a way to stroke the reigns things in their circle.

At the same time be so protective of themselves that shame is rarely introduced from the outside and mainly comes from within.

So once true shame comes from the outside, its a shock. Plus there is the shame that comes from within that amplifies what it being felt from the outside. Which can lead to drastic and impulsive actions.
