I'm still baffled as to why anyone is taking the threat of legal action seriously lmao. Unless it's proven that she was a minor, which JG and Chuck have already assured us she definitely wasn't at the time of filming, there's not a lawyer in this country who gives two shits, much less the DA. What are the damages here? That she's embarrassed? Has this led to termination of employment or the equivalent in punitive damages? If not, no fucking body cares. Of course she can come out of pocket and pay thousands for an attorney to give her the circle jerk while he pretends to care. But past that, the best she can hope for is to file a small claims in civil court for damages, and the embarrassment of having to plead her case is not even worth the trouble of winning a claim for which she most likely wouldn't see a penny of anyway.
