Just so yall know if someone says "ill fuckin kill you" it can be charged as terroristic threats...i got in a fight when i was 14 in high school but before hand i told the kid i was gone try my best to take his head off and when i got to juve court in my charges they added terroristic threats along with my charges for the fight and the result.

But yeah its insane he had a 46k bond though...terroristic threats werent that serious before 2001 when i got my charge. I dunno about now but when i got mine it was a misdemeanor and basically covers anyone threatening to do bodily harm to another person.
