Watched it the other day. Ridiculous but cool. The ending was beyond hilarious and I'm already hyped for part 8. Typical Chucky. Only slasher who's never been rebooted for a reason. Don Mancini puts his heart into these movie and it's pretty admirable.

Waste of time.....I cut it off toward thee end after getting fed up with the ridiculous plot and characters. They really need to put this franchise to bed along with chucky's new girl-ish look which is a abomination to the original. It's hard to get past when the antagonist you grew up watching looks like he had plastic surgery. Even bringing Andy back couldn't save this film. Other than Dourif's classic voiceover the rest was a complete drag, as in what they've been doing with each sequel. END it already............

The first one is the only scary one, he got too funny and became too much of a character after that

That's what makes him stand out and helped him stay relevant though. That he has a personality. Otherwise he'd just be Anabelle or The Boy and I guarantee neither of those will be able to endure for 30 years.
