Sion and I spoke behind the scenes on Ibex' roster. I just wanna say right here live in this thread that I salute @Ibex for that because he stepped outside of the box and did what no one has done YET in the game and he stands just as big of a chance as the rest of us to be in the finals, as a matter of fact its kind of scary when thinking that you might have to go up against his label because like them or not most of his artist are a big deal right now in the industry and I don't see any of them going anywhere any time soon..

In light of a recent disqualification from a competition among hip hop record labels, CEO of the ironically named GameFace Winnertaiment, @MorganFreemanKing met with all to address rumors and concerns regarding his camp.
AHH: First, care to tell us what this competition is about?
MFK: I'm new to all this so i can give the you the jist of it any errors should be taken up with RIAA representative @GovernmentCheese. The ideas is to take a certain amount of artists - whose contracts are obtained either through auction or draft pick - and create a well functioning record label. We are to operate as CEO, A&R, management, promotion agent's, etc.
AHH: What did you do to get disqualified?
MFK: It's not so much of something I did, the simple answer is that deadlines weren't met. This isn't the fault of any of the artists on my label. They have been diligent with their music and not only that, they have been working really well together. They've even done projects with other labels. It just got to a point where too much was going on. Promotion took a serious backseat to other issues and for that I apologize to all of my artists. Two of them already have projects ready to be released but only one of them has something packaged and shipped out. Other artists are still recording as we speak. Life as a CEO is even more hectic than I expected. I'm always on the move. when we started I was with my artists at all times. I was in the studio with AZ. I was rehearsing dance moves with Ciara when Ginuwine had to take care of Sole. I chopped it up with Hi-Tek daily. But when things started picking up, moves had to be made. I can't brainstorm with them as much as i used to.
AHH: Do you think you could have won the title with your team?
MFK: My team is great. at first glance it seems like old school rap vs new R&B but it's much deeper. I still think we can win. The tournament, no but generally yes. We're still GameFace WINNERtainment. This won't stop us from working. We're still gonna put this music out. I wanna wish the other labels luck. seems like they all got some good things going on.
AHH: You kinda alluded to this but what's next?
MFK: Well music is still being put out, we've got three more albu dropping before the summer, and a tour before the year is up. We're still here, we're still movin, we're still GameFace Winnertainment! Everybody go pick up Face The Music Round 1 in stores now!

I think at the end of the day its going to come down to cohesiveness and track list and the small details (production, feats, etc). I'm not sure if I should release all of my big guns against @menace I'm pretty comfortable that I'm going to decimate his squad with what I sent in. Still got some things in the bag. If what cheese is saying is right than menace might throw me for a surprise lol But if its those generic Dre and MAriah Carey covers from two pages ago then I'm straight. Straight dumpster juice

When asked to comment on other players:
"Tony is my nigga fam, that's my nigga for real yall, he don't eem have to worry I'll send Nicki Minaj over there to sit on his face and do all that good shit, get them a week long trip to Brazil, he's gonna love her. Ice is my nigga too, that nigga is a star - it's undeniable, (throwing up diamonds) 'it's the ROC in hea', I'm proud of him man and congrats, he won his matchup and did it right, he let shear teamwork & effort topple a star studded line up you have to respect it".
Sion was asked to comment on other players and some of his favorite matches comin up:
"I want to see how Soaker & Menace do, I think that's THE most anticipated match of the tournament, man Soaker did Menace foul early on. As for who I think will win ? That's very hard to tell fam, they're both going to come correct with the cover work, cohesion, critical acclaim, sales and longevity. Soaker has that "less is more principle going for him", Menace has that "might is right" movement, it's going to be the hardest match in this tournament to judge. I've seen Menace's cover work and he really showed and proved from last year. I'm anxiously curious to see what Soaker got tho.
Sion was also asked about what he will do with his billions of dollars made:
"I'm looking to buy out Freak Ho's & Flows for a few mil just so I can watch and laugh at Miley Cyrus shake her chicken cutlets, that'd be fun. All jokes aside tho it's going to be fun but if he thinks those covers were even a tenth of my skill - he's in for a reality check. Ibex has a major problem going into the second rounds - he has no producers to produce records people want to hear from some of those artists going forward, it's a bad position to be in, me and Tony spoke on it but whatever, arrogance and self awareness seldom go hand in hand. We'll see what he does".

"Shout outs to @GovernmentCheese, @Michael_Malice, @Peezy_Jenkins, @Fy_hunnidMz and @ Stew all the judges. I'm happy to be a player and that I was able to provide help with the tutorials on how to make covers, I've used pixlr extensively and being able to visually spot the mechanics in some of the players' artwork feels good, I'm happy as hell that everyone came wit it in the cover department. Everybody worked hard and went beyond what they prolly thought was their limit I love it".

Im tired of you being politically correct @sion. Its things like this that make @menace think he actually puts together decent work. This fool has no creativety, his shit is basic. Unless you did the covers and tracklist hes about to run into a buzz saw.

I think it would be dope if we the eliminated players could form a jury and decide on one vote in the final round that will count as just 1 vote in the final round or some shit. Like the vote wouldn't be counted unless we had a majority vote on which label should get it.
