So how did a crime stoppers tip turn into a search warrant?

His twitter feed is self incrimination.

Likely all they needed was the CS tip for the warrant.

Even still, the guns would have to be illegal or he would have to be doing something illegal. And just cuz hes waving them around and threatening people doesn't mean they aren't props. What probable cause would they have to search the home if a person is waving fully registered legal in america guns on camera? There is no way to determine if they are stolen. To me it's just way to easy to come into a person's home of the tip of a stranger.

No he fckd up cuz he was naming names threatening to kill certain people. Which can b looked at as a terroristic threat. He wasn't just waving them on camera like u stated. Plus he was on probation for having a loaded gun in his car with no license for it to start with. A lot of cats think just cause they cop the gun from the pawn shop it's ok. Nope there's rules to this shit and levels to the type of licenses u have.

"assault rifles" is a boogeyman term. Its mostly used by the media (and anti-gun owners) to describe the appearances of a weapon. The closest thing to really fit the "description" would be Fully Automatic rifles. They got the name assault rifles because they were/are used by Armies to....assault the enemy.

Fully Autos are illegal to own in America, but not all rifles are fully auto. The ones you can buy are semi-auto but they mostly look the same
