Milk and honey and BBQ can be "Hell" if that is all we care about in the next life...not the one who is serving it up.

The unknow will always be there in question. But for me I think it's the idea that one day everything and everyone I know and love will eventually be gone one way or another

Either way you put it, it would pretty much be the same thing. The fear of the unknown is a very uncomfortable thought to humans. Not knowing where you're going. Not being able to think or see or hear or breathe..... that thought is scary to us because those are all the things we depend on to stay alive.

The thing is, once you conquer that fear, there's pretty much nothing left that can truly scare you. Conquer your fear of death, but value life... and you will probably never get pissed off at anything ever again.
