The standard format of mixtapes have risen to the point where they're looked like albums now.

But like stealthbomber mentioned...Complex is a top HIPSTER magazine not a HIP HOP magazine, even though the majority of those album are supposedly considered HIP HOP they're have a HIPSTER influence over them (which is really surprising considering The Carter IV isn't on there.)

But fuck 'em..

niggas hate too hard on C4 IMO. it was good for what it was worth. Had some bangers, Megaman, So Special, President Carter, She Will and the interludes were all solid tracks.

The wack tracks were REALLY wack though.

As of right now it;s Common - WTT - J.Cole - Drake - Phonte as my top 5.......all hiphop with the exception of Drake, but drake spittin tho so......*shrugs

I think Phonte becoming my favorite rapper.............
