Common mistakes you see people make at the gym?

Probably over training and ignoring the dietary and rest part of working out. You have to allow your body to repair itself

I see a lot of men lifting incorrectly. I used to throw and lifting properly was a corefor us to throw farther.

Plus, men training women with their football workout. No, a woman body should be toned unless she is going into the body building route.

But black men like that centaur look on women. It's fucking weird.
 
I seen a nigga doing Shoulder Press with dumbells when he lift that shit his left arm nearly snapped off and he let out a scream like a bitch.

I seen niggas with no shoes on doing deadlifts no homo.

Fuck outta here so nobody seen stupid shit at the gym?

Like how the fuck you gonna shred bones?

I constantly see people bringing their arms too low down on incline chest press, they working more bicep than chest.

Same thing with lat pulldowns I seen niggas bring that bar up to their fucken chest or lower.

And then they wonder why they arms hurt more than their lats.

I gotta disagree b.

A lotta modern workouts have you hit multiple body parts in one gym session. For example monday for me is upper back, biceps and forearms day (got my workout from a muscle and fitness).
 
But to contribute to the thread:

FORM. FORM. FORM.

Doesn't matter if your lifting "pussy weight", if you can't master the form of workout your not getting the most out of it and exposing yourself to potential injury.

Like alot of people do back with biceps, or chest with triceps (switching tri's and bi's sometimes too)..

Thats fine.

What I'm more concerned with is seeing some dude jump on bench press after doing his back, or shoulders.

You see what I mean.

You take a major body part and do another major body part in one day?

Its stupid and it actually has no benefits.
