They got to trade Manning. Cuz Luck gon need more pieces to be successful.

But who's the trade partner? Jets maybe?

I dunno why people are laughin at Peyton to be real. Let's say they bring in Luck and drop Manning. Ok, who's better off? Colts comin off a 2-14 season, gettin a rookie QB, and lookin at losin key players (Wayne, Mathis). Or a free agent Peyton who can go to the Jets, 49ers, Dolphins, or whatever team is a QB away.

makes no sense for the vikes to take him
taking 2 qb's back to back would be like when the lions could never hit on a wr and jus kept drafting one

Smart move by the Colts. They WILL listen to trade offers. Trust. And don't think Manning is automatically out the door if Luck comes in.

This is a copy cat league, so they'd love for Luck to chill behind Manning for a couple years like Favre and Rodgers. That helped Rodgers - not because favre 'coached' him, but it gave him the opportunity to ease into the role and watch one of the best, instead of being thrown to the lions.

It would be foolish to release Manning. Keep him on the team and let him groom luck. But if they keep him they have to pay him that $28 mil roster bonus..
