Kinda feel like Eligh has gripped me more than any other emcee this year, including Kendrick Lamar with the exception of his 2009 EP which I only heard this year, his music is so dope and the fact that he's come through his addiction has made for some excelling yet sobering music which maintains an optimism and uplifting motion that hasn't been felt this year for this listener. As for the Mos Dub mix, I thought it was the perfect beat meshed with great Mos Def verses, I played it throughout the summer, seems wrong not to include it.

Really. Don't mind me. I got it all mixed up with a K-Murdoch album I copped last night. I was listening to your tracks as well.

Eligh is cool though. And is that a Mos Def tape?

Yeah, Eligh is my favourite of the year I think, really enjoying it and playing it over and over all the time.

Yeah, it's a mix by Max Tannone... great mix in fact, you can download that and the Dub Kweli from his website for free.

The Dub Kweli is on the front page too.
