The Late Registration is a debatable masterpiece , none of the other albums you listed are masterpieces and I love The Documentary, BE, and Minstrel Show. I don't see how those albums are emphatically better than B.Coming. But then again like I always say music is subjective so we're not going to get anywhere debating against each other's opinions.

You could argue they don't deserve spots either, they didn't really change anything they just had sonically pleasing albums. B.Coming was incredible in that regard too in every way.
