Well, according to the 61 page court filing, the judge found enough truth on her side to proceed with the lawsuit... So, yeah.

just because a judge sides with one side or the other does not automatically mean that they are right...

btw future has already stated that Ciara is quick to threaten to sue... she had lawyers calling him for a fake tweet he never did...

There was enough just cause for the case to move forward, tho. Not saying the sides have been chosen, it only means that given the facts, the lawsuit has some merit.

If you took the time to actually read the court filings, you would see the numerous attempts at a simple apology, nothing more, nothing less. As far as what Future says, his word isn't his bond. It's been shown that he is less than believable.

I'm just being objective... and you can sue in this country for anything honestly you just need to find a judge that wants to hear the case.. not gone lie I didn't read 61 pages of the court filings.. not that serious to me that's why I feel they are both wrong... usually if relationship problems have to go to court both have faults in the situation..

In my opinion, it isn't about the money, it's a teachable moment. You can't sully someone's name or their brand with misconceptions and untruths.
