You missed the point. The point is, according to the Bible, Job specifically, god, the angels, and satan, whoever you want satan to be, were thinking, moving, and talking in heaven (the third heaven). Thinking, moving and talking are all mental and/or physical events done only in time.

Not true. God exists outside of time. The 3rd heaven isn't in this physical universe. It's located outside of time in eternity. The uncaused caused, GOD ALMIGHTY, created time, space, and matter out of nothing. Therefore, He thought, moved, and talked outside of time before He created time. Amen.
