Any computer whiz's here? My beats laptop keeps blacking out n sayin thermal shutdown occurred, but the computer isn't getting hot. Cleaned the vents n errthing. Tryna find out what's making the fan speed up

If you are using it on softsurfaces like your lap or in bed, Don't! Clean the heatsink and check the GPU/CPU area for dust. Make sure all of your fans are working.

If your Beats laptop is a HP. Go ahead and pop it open and hit it with a can of air to get the lent out.
