If they don't believe smoking is gonna be an issue with you they won't really go overboard with the piss tests. If you currently have a job that could work in your favor come sentencing time. It shows that you can be responsible. Whatever fine and restitution you have to pay, you should try to pay it off asap. The money is what they really care about. Once you pay everything off, getting off probation is much easier.

It's not the end of the world for you but this is the type of situation where you have to learn from. Before you know it you will be 30 and still looking for a path in life.
