Lowe's has got to be the shittiest hardware store on the planet.

Last Thursday (the 9th), we order a washer/dryer for the place, to be delivered and installed on Saturday (the 11th). Behold the fuck shit that has happened since:

- Saturday comes, they never do. NO ONE showed; not a phone call...nothing.

- Sunday, we dial up the place to find out what the fuck. Had to set another install date for Monday (yesterday)

- Yesterday comes, and they deliver the washer/dryer, but tells me the installing tubs for it was wrong, which means the original customer service sold me the wrong piece from jump. Tells me i have to go get the right one from the store. I go back, exchange it, and set another install date for today.

- Today, a new guy comes out and hooks it up, but the other piece I order with the washer and dryer to catch all the excess water never came with either delivery guy. Tried to to call to let them know; got xfred like 6 times, then hung up on. Had to go BACK to the store with the receipt to show them a piece is missing. Once again, have to be rescheduled for a 3rd guy to apply this shit under the washer/dryer, which is now installed and stacked up.

Fuck THAT place once this is done. Never again.

LOL that happened with my moms but with Sears she had them SHOOK when the 2nd dude came back. She be hustling them tho on the warranties.
