Oh word?

"SUPERHEROES HONOR POLICE HEROES"? CNN really ran that headline? I swear, there was a time when they at least tried to be intelligent.

Tired of this after school special shit and this

We have always been divided. The chief plea is.. pretty much what about black on black crime.. " be part of the solution"

Simply putting black people on the force is not the answer sure there needs to be more.. But more importantly their needs to be honorable/strong men who undertake that task. Not just black people for the sake of being black on the force.

Thats a small piece of the problem the major effort needs to be accountability.. These cops been training for 150+ years its not the training .. its morally corrupt fearfulness god complex and policy.. I scoff when they say training

At 1am the night of, niggas in here were literally saying this killing of 5 cops was a sign of the apocalypse and the official start of the much delayed 'race war'.

Glad to see those folk have calmed the fuck down and we can go back to focusing on Baton Rouge and Minnesota.

Alton Sterling thread waa doing thriller numbers; it has 27 new posts since this shooting. But niggas will be quick to say "they" are the ones ignoring it

Right, right. And when it doesn't, you'll have moved onto another Behold a Pail Horse conspiracy. No accountability or validity to anything you CTers say. ...oh but it SOUNDS good tho!

Sterling got eclipsed by Castile who is frankly a much better martyr w/ his clean record, CCW ownership, textbook reaction (he did what Hannity said), audio of the officer profiling him, dramatic video of the cop freaking out as he dies....

I fuck with Eric Michael Dyson, but the nigga need to keep it short and simple sometimes. Nigga will make a 5 word thought into a 15 minutes speech.

Yeah he was on CNN ,but in this short attention span generation long winded answers is not going capture the people at home ears unfortunately .

They should have to follow the same rules of engagement soldiers do overseas.
frankly, they should have much stricter rules of engagement than soldiers in a WAR ZONE do.

A Good Point

it's bullshit to declare a shooting legit simply because the victim may have a checked record... but it's going to happen anyway, and so Castile looks a lot better.

In other countries, minorities that are alienated tend to have a armed movement (ex: ETA in Spain, IRA in Northern Ireland, PLO in Palestine) - Dallas may be the future if America does not tackle this. Some ain't feeling marching. You've been warned. What does that mean for black people? A clamp down of the police state of course. Liberate your community by building wealth and circulating your dollars.

i spit out my drink at this:

The president arrives in Dallas having caused countless police officers severe psychological trauma. He has put officers in the paralyzing position of defending the whole of our citizenry after he has methodically cleaved that citizenry into pieces, with some like shards of glass ready to cut officers down. He has implicitly suggested that officers ask themselves if their impulses to protect and to serve are a thin veil for opposite impulses to harm citizens — even to kill them.

Journeying to Dallas in “support” of police officers is another toxic mind game by the president. It apparently wasn’t enough for him to pit whole populations against the police. It apparently wasn’t enough for him to make police question their own motivations and decency. Now he has to deny that he was the instigator of these seditious forces by praising officers and saying he mourns those who were assassinated. This will deprive some officers of their own proper rage at having been wrongly vilified by the president. And denying one’s proper rage is the growing place for depression.

The tug of war inside America, as regards those charged with protecting and serving us, at risk of their own lives, is the product of the Obama administration. The tug of war inside police officers who must protect and serve us while wondering if large numbers of us hate them is the product of the Obama administration.

I believe the president knows very well that dividing is the way to conquer the spirit of our nation and the spirit of those fundamentally decent men and women who protect our laws with their lives.

I don't like calling for people's death, but honestly the people who write shit like that on both sides of issues should all just die off. Let's be real, a lot of the problems in this country are as big as they are because of shit like that and the people stupid enough to let it influence them.

Very interesting. I guarantee the guy who wrote this is in the same category as the "Obama is a Muslim, Kenyan & hates america" crowd. These happen to be the same far right ppl who run the NRA & are ahead of all these racist police unions. So message to Barack, YOU WILL NOT WIN WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!. They HATE you for everything. Its frustrating watching the president put a smiley face on this shit. There is no compromise with ppl like this. America wont go anywhere until we confront these right wing racists that are policemen, politicians, judges etc...Why is Barry so scared to call these mf's out?
