It's frightening how fast that cop got killed before he knew what was happening. That guy had military training or something like it. The way the shooter was calm, quickly changing magazines, moving from cover to cover, even how he shot left and came right around the post.

ROFL ...that's how I be when playing Uncharted. I wonder how many head shots he got?

We don't need to have meetings with our enemies lol nigga is you stupid?

What we need to do is strap up and educate people on ways too handle those weapons. We need our own gun clubs. Nothing militant, just something to even the playing field

Texas Lt. Gov.: Dallas BLM Protesters 'Hypocrites' For Running From Gunfire

Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick (R) on Friday afternoon railed against the people who took part in the protest in Dallas on Thursday night, charging that the protesters were "hypocrites" because, as he framed it, they were anti-police but expected the police to protect them once the shooting started.

"All those protesters last night, they ran the other way, expecting the men and women in blue to turn around and protect them. What hypocrites," Patrick said on Fox News. "I understand the First Amendment. I understand freedom of speech, and I defend it. It is in our Constitution and is in our soul, but you can't go out on social media and mainstream media and everywhere else and say that the police are racist or police are hateful or the police are killers."

Patrick said that the officers killed in the shooting at the scene of the protest "lost their life protecting people who were protesting against them."

Patrick recognized that the Dallas protest over the deadly shootings of black men by police in Louisiana and Minnesota on Thursday night was peaceful, but he placed some blame for the deadly shooting on those who speak out against police violence.

"I do blame people on social media, with their hatred towards police. I do blame, I saw Jesse Jackson — I think it was on Fox the other night — calling police racist without any facts. I do blame former Black Lives Matters protests. Last night was peaceful, but others have not been," Patrick said on Fox News.

The lieutenant governor said that there are only a "precious few thousand" law enforcement officers and warned that "we're not going to have them much longer."

Patrick argued that concern about police violence is new and must stop.

"This has to end. I grew up in a world — I've been around long enough that we always had bad people, we always had dangerous people, but the general public respected police," he said. "Too many in the general public, who aren't criminals but have a big mouth, are creating situations like we saw last night."

"We have to have their back," he later added, referring to police officers. "And I'm sick and tired of those who are protesting our police and putting their lives in danger."

What the hell does running from gunfire have to do with expecting the police to protect me. Somehow in this fool's mind me being like "Fuck the police" means that when bullets start flying, I should just stand there and take them.

It's unbelievable how stupid the people we put in office are.

But but voting doesn't matter....*said as elected officials say stupid shit like this and we also wonder why juries are slanted racially so easy...

Gospel!

Strap up? Logistically that's a futile endeavor. You sound like a mirror image of these militia dudes. The Cliven Bundy types who will gladly die in vain, while the government walks all over them. Most have already co-signed their own disarmament with these dumb gun control laws. So now you got flabby weapons, and an army of people who are already killing each other in dramatic numbers each year.

Money makes the World go round. What people need to do is organize, invest, and build up the infrastructure of Black communities. That's literally the only way. Demanding justice means nothing if you have no political influence.

We can strap up and get money... not everybody is built for the same thing.

Fair enough. But the mostly likely outcome of violence is more Black men behind bars, and stricter laws on us like Stop/Frisk. We have over $1 trillion at our disposal, and that's a far more powerful weapon than this martyr shit.

We can't be afraid of them though. And what else is there for those who are truly fed up and don't see sitting idle as a solution? They aren't listening and have never listened to Blacks. We have always had to fight for our freedom, for ourselves and by ourselves. We tend to forget OUR GOVT. allowed and even created Laws to oppress Blacks. So, it isn't far fetched that they'd concoct some bullshit like this.

Yes, fear is not wise, though caution is reasonable. And don't get me wrong, I'm not denying our plight and advocating passiveness, nor am I being apologetic. I just want people to know, that is, if this were, in fact, the case.

How much worse could it get? Black Schools are in shambles, Black men are the vast majority of the prison population, white men with Highschool diploma's are more employable than Black men with college degrees.

You don't think that it can get worse? Again, I'm not denying that it's bad already.

What more can they do to us? Segregate us so, we don't interact with Whites? I know there will be many coon, shucking and jiving negroes that would faint on site but I certainly won't lose any sleep.

I honestly think that they can do plenty more. I'd just rather we know, be prepared, and act accordingly.
