Doom I think could out wit champion! He frequently gets tricked in the books. His intelligence isn't very high, he is old as anything so he has wisdom to overcome lack of intellect. But if champ gets paws in doom its a wrapppppp!!

Doom is smart enough to keep his distance. I will take doom for the win!

I don't know if Doom has the "tools" at his disposal that Thanos did when he met with Champion. He definitely has the wits to get the job done though.
