Chamillionaire is definitely better than a lot of rappers coming out of the south lately. However I'm very hesitant to say he'll be the best ever out of the South. TI, Scarface, both members of Outkast and Ludacris are better than he is at the moment, and other southern rappers that might not have Cham's skill have put out better music. Everybody who's disagreeing with the threadstarter isn't giving Cham any credit though. It's not like Cham is wack.
