The following day, Dickson reportedly shot a woman in the arm outside a Walgreens.

Police charged her with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, shooting with intent to kill, unauthorized use of a vehicle, attempted larceny and discharging a firearm in a public place, according to court records.

How was she walking around free? That chick was a straight up menace.
