the original carter 3 leaked, then dude made another cd and it GOT LEAKED AGAIN.

Instead of giving the fans a bunch of shit they already heard like T.I did when king leaked, dude made a complete third cd..and even though it was half assed and garbage to us im sure it was hard work on his part.

If you take the good tracks off of carter 3, combine that with "the leak" and "the drought is over 3/4" (All leaks from the carter 3 endevours)...you have the best work put out in a long ass time...

But as far as the actual cds go, Carter1>carter2>>>>>>>>>>carter3
