Deadpool gots this. Deadpool is probably a lot better in close combat, plus his immortality shit he has going on will help a lot. Pretty sure his healing is better too.

With his regen, I got Deadpool, without it, I give Cap 6/10. Deadpool's very skilled hand to hand and with weapons, and his physical attributes range from peak human like Cap to super human at times. With his regen, he'll just keep getting up and has beaten Cap 1v1 in Deadpool 28 I think it was. Deadpool kills the Marvel Universe isn't really canon and doesn't count. Just like Punisher kills the Marvel Universe, it's more of a gag comic.
But the shield will be tough for Deadpool to get through, though I still think he got it.

looks like a long winded fight since cap cant get tired and deadpool cant stay dead, unless deadpool hit in artery, deadpool win easy, if not cap would kill him over and over.....
