Ali Vegas got at Fab & Clue, Fab never really dropped a formal response back at the nigga to my knowledge but he threw alot shots over a span of time on the Clue tapes. This guy in the comments on YouTube explains it well.

Clue was interested in signing Ali Vegas but Ali wasn't interested. Then Ali Vegas was featured on a track with Lady Luck & Trav, and Trav had some slick lines aimed at Fabolous. DJ Clue demanded an apology from Ali Vegas because he was featured on a track which dissed Fab, and if he didn't apologize Clue wouldn't play his records. So Ali made a track named "The Apology" which was a diss aimed at Clue & Fab. Then Stack Bundles got involved. According to Ali, Stack never liked Ali because he (Stack) was with Vegas' ex-girlfriend at the time and she still spoke with Ali. Ali also had a bar in a track which was something along the lines of, "..all my 'Bundles' is 'Stacked'.." so Stack responded with "Y'all Niggas Is Trash"

Not necessarily a diss but truth spittin. I've always seen that line as he's making 'jay elect' a verb, 'they jay elect them', meaning to get crowned the next big thing prematurely. Then, the rest of the verse, even tho it may not specifically be aimed at Jay elect, i'll be damned if it aint relevant
