He's very talented but hyper-sensitive and way too fickle of an artist for most listeners to invest their time in.

He'll drop an LP, annouced he's "quit" rap then return even lower on the Hip Hop ladder than when he left.

I was a huge 'Bis fan in the late 90s but dude shoots himself in the foot every chance he gets.
