Busta no doubt, I don't even really like Redman. I know 0 Redman fans IRL. He's not horrible but he's not really all that either, I get bored with his shit really quick. I can deal with him when Meth is around though.

Busta though is dope and his style allows for different types of deliveries and flows which makes his music more adventurous but consistently high-energy and raw. Anarchy is that shit, as is ELE.
