If she ingested enough, her stomach would've been useless.

It's cool because as long as it was moving over her tongue/esophagus, it would've evaporated before it could absorb their heat. But once it got to the stomach and sat in one place, the thin layer of boiling nitrogen would've disappeared.

It should've been extremely painful.

Did she swallow too fast, or did the bartender put too much?
