Dawg, that's what Chad Duke's rant was about last month. That's the only way for someone in management to see there's a problem. Otherwise, the Redskins faithful will not take a stance against the shit that's going on because we are too faithful and Snyder will not change. We hope that the team will get out of the funk it's been in, but it's not going to happen just by bringing in high priced free agents with an agenda to get paid here and cause controversy. i'm not sure if anybody has mentioned that either....mcnabb was in the west coast offense for 11 years, and all the sudden hes supposed to perfect this new offense in one offseason?

Fuck yeah. As much as I hate the Cowgirls, I respect Jerry Jones overall. He's slowly but surely turning into the new Al Davis (old crazy micro-manager) but he's much better with contracts, drafts, and free agent moves. Snyder is hands down the worst owner in sports -- he has the most valuable sports franchise in the NFL with probably the most loyal fanbase, and all he's done is diminish that year after year.

Ownership/Management is the most slept-on aspect of a sports team.
