i'm a fan of mcnabb too. you wanna blame the offensive struggles on him? yeah he has had a subpar year. his number 1 receiver should be no better than a slot guy in santana moss. who is ryan torain? yeah he had a couple decent games....but i doubt teams are loading up the box to stop him.

i mean i feel like this isnt even coming from shanahan. dan snyder is feeling the heat from yet another failed high priced free agent who is a lil out of his prime......so somebody gotta take the fall

i would be surprised if mcnabb is in washington next year, but its not gonna matter. until they start to build around the QB instead of the defense, it wont matter who you got behind center

Jerry Jones stupid..before i left dallas i saw him at the W hotel...he look tired as hell probably from the last 13 years of mediocrity... i dont know who is worse al davis or jerry jones...

one would think al davis but people forget that the raiders have been to a superbowl this decade.....jerry jones needs to be a lil bit more behind the scenes nowadays. i mean you know hes not going anywhere, but at this point, him having his hand in everything, hasnt quite worked out

my favorite mcnabb moment against us was when they were winning with like 2 minutes left and instead of running the ball,mcnabb throws a pass right to saftey roy williams.....williams couldnt believe it,he looked at bill and bill was like "RUN" LOL.......then he got blocked and injured(we injured him our first game then really took him out the second).....good times

This is ridiculous.... Carson Palmer is having a horrible year, so is/Was Tony Romo yet none of them guys were benched...MCNabb Is having a bad year for Mcnabb...he still having a decent year... I mean the guy is in a new system he still has to get use to, after playing 11-12 years in One system and for one coach that he was really use too a new one is gonna be really hard to adjust too...

second off that dumb ass Shanahan really had the audacity to attempt to force Mcnabb in 2 changin his throwing realse.. that's like going to Kobe after all these years and telling him to change his shooting realese, if u ain't like how mcnabb realsed the ball you should of never gotten him...

third the guy had games where he was playing solid-excellent and the Skins still lost... That Houston Texan Game, Last Week was a Perfect Example...

The Guy hAs No receivers what so ever i seen mcnabb throw on target passes and these muthafuckaz still couldn't catch...then we talk about the week offensive line men, and the inconsistent defense ...smh but yet this is mcnabb's fault...

also Shanahan needs to be Patient and more Compromising.. Mcnabb is no rookie ass QB this is an established ELite QB u can't just dictate the game To Mcnabb

Locs...those quarterbacks you named wasnt benched because there coaches/front office wanted them to remain the starter...this ordeal in thrashington is simply shanahans decision and i guess dan synder dont giva a fuck either...he not standing up for mcnabb like bud adams stood up for vince young in tennessee.

Its not mcnabbs fault the deadskins are losing..where is the fucking running game and defense either last or near last in both catagories but yet you all think its all on the QB? mcnabb has been the scapegoat for the longest.

Carson Palmer's backup is Jordan Palmer. The threw I don't know how many picks....in A PRESEASON GAME against people that aren't in the NFL anymore. Stick with Car.

As for McNabb, I feel for the dude. Must suck to get benched by a guy with the last name of GROSSman. WTF? Your last name itself has no marketability. The minute that dude was born, his life was decided that he should've riden the pine.

Snyder, please relieve Mr. Shanahan of his GM duties and just leave him as a coach.. He can't coach and make team decisions at the same time...

I already know what's gonna happen in the off-season, were gonna hire a free agent who will be over paid and will under produce, we will draft a qb who can't help the team until 3 years down the road (after shanahan has been given his papers) and we will draft a injury prone RB. No offensive or defensive line help again for the oldest team in the NFL. We will stick to the "Win Now" mentality that continues to set the team back years and years instead of just coming out and saying "what we tried has not worked, we will now try to rebuild" (but that won't happen because that means snyder will lose money)..

The team will never win as long as Snyder is in control...SNyder is not about destroying and rebuilding, he's out the cash. fast cash, slow cash and your cash.

We need to boycott the team until they can get it together. I'm calling for an all out boycott of The Skins.... lets hit Snyder where it hurts, the pockets. Don't go to no game, don't buy no pop warner redskins merchandise at all.. we can do it, the fans can change this team for the better, we can't trust shanahan or snyder to do it.

Dawg, that's what Chad Duke's rant was about last month. That's the only way for someone in management to see there's a problem. Otherwise, the Redskins faithful will not take a stance against the shit that's going on because we are too faithful and Snyder will not change. We hope that the team will get out of the funk it's been in, but it's not going to happen just by bringing in high priced free agents with an agenda to get paid here and cause controversy. Snyder doesn't care either about the product on the field, or what the fans think. That's why he continues to do what he wants to do. If he really cared about the W/L of the team, he'd be vocal about what's going on. But nope. The fans continue to support a losing team and Snyder's pockets keep winning.

shanny made mcnabb the 3rd string qb sunday..if rex get hurt he can't even come in the game...his reason for the benching:

once we were eliminated he wanted to see what Rex could do - mike shanahan

wtf...we know what rex can do..not a dman thing
