About one week ago I was reading all of the Interviews from Empire including the last one with Sam Catlin. When he was asked "Can you describe what was being filmed today? " which was about episode 5.12, I was shocked to read the answer below, cause I thought it was a huge spoiler. The link is this
http://www.empireonline.com/interviews/interview.asp?IID=1737
"Today is a showdown, or potential showdown between Walt and Jesse. Walt has called a once-and-for-all meeting in the most public, safest square in Albuquerque, which is surrounded by federal buildings and the police department, to clear the air between the two of them, and Hank thinks it's finally an opportunity to get Walt to self-incriminate himself, but Jesse believes - he's not sure how - that Walt is somehow luring him out to kill him. And we don't know, as the audience, which is true.
So the meeting is going to happen but Jesse gets nervous and he panics, but then he has another idea, a better way to get Walt, so he breaks off the meeting, and behind his back, he calls him from a payphone and says, 'This is just to say goodbye, and I'm going to nail you. I'm going to do something worse that burn your house down.' Which is what he was going to do at the end of the last episode."
I do not post much (or actually I do not post at all) but the thing that shocked me the most was that none talked about this here which I was looking forward to read about. Anyway, connecting the picture of Jesse talking to a payphone and that spoiler being given by Sam Catlin (One of BrBa's Writers), I find it hard to not to believe that the plot described above is legit.
