Boom - EDO.G

Ed OG need to be mentioned with the rest of vets who catch 3rd and 4th winds. Every few years he comes with an legit underground banger. He been doing it since early 90s.
 
Yeah, he's from Boston. When he came out it was a pretty big deal because there's not that many rappers from Boston that were on the same level as the guys coming out of New York. Bell Biv Devoe was out around the same time. And the RSO crew (Benzino's group) was around but their music didn't sound professional compared to the stuff coming out of NYC.

Having said that, EDO.G had some nice tracks but we didn't think he was on the same level as KRS, Rakim, Kane, Public Enemy, NWA, etc.

He done a dope collabo album with my Top5 DOA Masta Ace too...

Also whats cool with ED.OG is that I think he also has a distinctive style and voice making him original...

I was going to mention that Ace album I wasn't feelin it that much though

I thought it was cool, I wouldnt call it a classic, but thought it was dope... Saying that Ive not played it since the year it dropped...
