ovoCapo;541277 said:Bobby Shmurda's lawyer, Alex Spiro, has requested records to prove that two lead detectives involved in the rapper's case have "credibility issues" during a hearing in Manhattan Supreme Court on Monday (Jan. 11). Spiro cliams that the unnamed detectives in question had stopped and frisked Shmurda and his associates for months, and in some cases years, only to release them when they found no evidence to arrest them.
Following Spiro's request for copies of the stop and frisk reports, Shmurda's case was adjourned until next Monday while the defense and prosecution go over Spiro's discovery application. As Billboard points out, the new changes could result in a new bail application being submitted for the New York rapper.
I wouldn't be surprised one bit if this whole case comes down to just a few hating ass cops that saw the local kids they used to harass all of a sudden becoming rich.
When it came to physical evidence wasn't it just a couple guns and maybe a joint and a roach or some shit and they still put it on the table and did a press release like they caught El Chapo?
